This pharmacy collects my prescriptions for me. But most months I'll be told that they don't have my prescription, then when I tell them that actually they do they'll look again and find it. I have a prescription for two items each month. The last three times I've been in I've waited the customary ten minutes to be given my medication only to just be given one item, then I've had to point this out and wait another ten minutes for them to find the other prescription and often another ten minutes to dispense it. I've written this review out of frustration because today I telephoned and was told they had two items for me, but when my partner called in they only gave him one. By the time I got home tonight it was too late and now I have to go tomorrow without my medication. I would caution against anyone using this pharmacy to do your repeat prescriptions, their systems are not reliable.
