My 76 year old Grandma went into this pharmacy as it was local, she has not long had a full knee replacement and knows she wouldn't get anywhere ringing the doctors for something minor. She had a sore eye and thought something was in it as she was forced to keep it closed. Although the assistant behind the desk was about to help & advise what was best for her to do, they were shortly interrupted by a voice from out the back who said 'if there's something wrong with her eye, tell her to go get it seen to!' no explanation as to where she should go get it seen to. Maybe they could of came from the back room and explained themself? Instead of sending my Grandma away no further forward and in pain.
