The service I received in Watlington Pharmacy was extremely rude, I will NEVER go there again. On TWO occasions my family was treated very badly and when I was not happy with how a certain server dealt with us for a second time, the Pharmacist was asked to intervene, well what an extremely rude person he is as well! I didn't expect him to help, but I can honestly say, none of the staff in the Pharmacy have any customer relation skills at all. I ran my own shop for 15 years before retiring and would never have dreamed of treating people the way they do! Shocking! Be warned also, if you write to complain about bad service your correspondence is just given to the individual you are complaining about, for them to write back to you and cover themself by writing untruths! All of which makes it very clear to see your concerns were not taken in the slightest bit seriously! Incredible!!!
