My elderly friend with health and mobility problems has consistently had difficulty in getting information about when prescriptions are ready and with their refusal to make up dosset boxes for her. She is in need of their professional support which they appear to be unable to give.

Had an absolutely terrible experience when trying to collect an ePrescription from Doctor Car Anywhere (who were fantastic) today. The owner of the pharmacy refused to accept my completely valid prescription, despite me going showing her the doctor notes and even getting Doctor Care Anywhere on the phone to explain the process to her. She then walked off to her consulting room and refused to come back out to speak to me. She did not care about the reason for the prescription nor me as a customer. Disgusting service.
