My mother suffers from Alzheimers and has a fairly complex list of medication to help that and other conditions. I don't live near her, but she has carers at home. Newdays have been supporting us for more than 2 years with a weekly delivery of medication. The support has been excellent - the delivery has never failed, not even with bad weather. The Pharmacist has also been diligent in keeping an eye on the appropriate prescriptions. When the wrong dosages were prescribed by the GP, he spotted it and was persistent with the surgery in getting it corrected before dispensing. As well as efficient, the service has always been friendly too. Their support has been essential to me in keeping my mother in her own home. It's also given me peace of mind that medication supplies is something I don't need to worry about

Accessible & easy to discuss needs with the pharmacist & was taught how to use my diabetic testing kit. Very approachable team, willing to get my requirements if these are not available at the moment.
