After 30 minutes waiting in the queue of only 5 other people. I walked out .at least 4 members of staff working.very very slow service. When you have a text message saying prescription is ready you expect it to be ready.not to spend 30 mins queuing. Then another 15 mins waiting for it to be made up. Totalling ridiculous. Needed my heart medication.but was unable to wait any longer. So will have to go through the process again .the system needs to be more efficient than this.

Operates like a pharmacy in a 3rd world country. Expect to wait 30 mins to an hour in the queue. Then have to shout out your name and address to the stressed out staff (breaking all sorts of GDPR regulations) who will then shout out your prescription for everyone else to hear. If you're lucky you'll be able to walk out with your medication, but half the time you'll leave empty handed and have to repeat the process all over again. Completely degrading experience. I witnessed the staff mocking customers whilst they were waiting at the counter. How on earth are they still in business?
