We have 3 boots stores in our town and 2 that are opposite ech other on the same street, all 3 are understaffed , i have always taken my prescription to them as we have no where else and each time there have been problems , i genuinely feel sorry for the staff and i actually feel like a nuisance when i call to check if my medicine is in stock as they are covering all of the jobs in the store , why do we need 3 stores in the same street, surely 1 would be enough and have more staff
