I was staying in the area and had left a daily prescription medication at home. The Pharmacist suggested I ring 111 to see if 111 would authorise her to issue me with a replacement. I rang 111 and, after giving relevant details, they authorised the Pharmacist to issue the replacement. The whole process was faultless, took only about half an hour, and was very stress free. Everybody was trying to sort out my problem for me. The Pharmacist was friendly and helpful. A big thank you

Switched to Garlands from Tesco and it's been a real joy. Have met all the staff now and they're all so friendly and efficient. Meds always ready on time (I'm a type 2 diabetic) and advice always available. Thought parking might be an issue, but there are always spaces on the main A23 just a few yards away.
