I feel that good quality service should be recognised, therefore i wish to congratulate the team at Stainland Pharmacy for consistently delivering good service and support in this large sprawling country community. Obvious extensive Knowledge, Skills, and Experience, is demonstrated with patience and a smile! by all staff and put to good use in the help and support given to all customers, much appreciated when one is feeling below par. I personally would like to say Thank You for the, over and above, support i have enjoyed for the last few years. Specifically, help with medication side effects advice, Flu injections, with advice and an informative monthly Health News Letter for all. I recently had a frightening experience with a very bad nose bleed, i went into the Pharmacy for advice and the manager asked when i had last had my blood pressure taken, he went on to check it for me, he wrote down the results of 3 readings and advised me to make an urget telephone call to my Doctor. This averted what, unchecked, could have been a very serious problem. I believe this is over and above the norm that would have been expected from a busy Pharmacist. Therefore it is vital that Pharmacies of this calibre, in these times of ever long Doctor apointment waiting lists, should be recognised as a vital support to our Doctors and must be protected from the constant worry of closures. I have had bad experiences with some pharmacys but I have been using this pharmacy regularly for 2 years as they are just exceptional. No issues/problems is too small for them, the staff and pharmacist always look after me and my needs. I get a call to remind me when my medication is due (which is very helpful especially Easter and Christmas times) and take my request to the surgery. 2 days later I receive a text informing me my medication is ready to collect & if I ask for a delivery this is always arranged for me ALL OF THIS AT NO COST. Stainland Pharmacy provides exceptionally wonderful service and I am glad to have them as my chemist.
