When dealing with multiple pharmacy orders every week there are bound to be the odd hiccup. Sam is brilliant and the staff are knowledgeable. Why are negative reviews being double counted?

I would like to give feedback on the very supportive approach of this chemist. During these difficult times of Coronavirus my Mum is self isolating with me in Essex and trying to get her repeat medication from her Drs in Dorset has been a complete nightmare. This brilliant chemist stepped in and helped me in my moment of need so my Mum can stay safe and have her repeat medication. They stayed open and waited for me, they were kind and friendly and they supplied me with the medication my mother needed so she could continue to self isolate and not have to go back to Dorset or give me the complication of registering her with an Essex Doctor. A massive thank you in these difficult times for helping me keep my elderly Mum safe.
