Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Why have all the regular staff gone?? I collect medication every month and recently the staff have been different every time they don’t seem to be aware when people are in the shop and the payment by card only is causing stress Dee | |||||||

Long waiting times as staff are busy gossiping. Staff have total disregard for patient care and see us as an inconvenience. Rude and dismissive. Would avoid and use alternative pharmacies. It is very messy and requires cleaning. Better customer care required and maybe further training of staff. Have used other Well Pharmacies in the past and this is by far, the worst I have ever visited. Original Comment Report...
