I have visited the pharmacy on several occasions. All the staff are friendly and well trained. They make an effort to build a rapport with customers and go out of their way to be helpful by holding doors open for elderly and disabled people or those with buggies. They offer competent advice if they are able but will always sign post you to your G.P. if they feel it is appropriate.
