This pharmacy is very close to me so I persisted in using it from 2014. I can only agree with all the complaints here. Staff routinely ignore customers. Common drugs often out of stock. Repeat prescriptions rarely ready even if you leave it several days before trying to collect. Frequent change of pharmacists. Today I needed an urgent prescription for post op infection - refused to dispense because they 'couldn't print a label' and Pharmacist would not hand write one. 3 others customers in shop complain their dispensed prescription not complete. Absolutely hopeless.

No matter what, repeat prescription medication is never ready and there is always a long wait. Questions are asked of the patient in front of other customers. The reason given for long waits is that they have so many orders to prepare. If this chemist is overwhelmed by doing prescriptions then they should tell GP practices that they can't take on any more.
