Constantly did not have my medication ordered. The pharmacists are rude and unhelpful. When I complained that they hadn’t got my medication in for the fourth month in the row I was told “if you don’t like it go somewhere else”. I have, and it is a great relief.

Having been sent here on a Sunday to collect an emergency prescription by NHS direct, they told us that their Fax machine was broken and therefore were not receiving any emergency NHS prescriptions. They said it had not been working since at least Friday and confirmed that it would not be fixed until Tues ( after bank holiday ). When you consider that Tesco’s makes millions of pounds profit and that it can’t replace a fax machine as a matter of urgency, I feel that they might have profits and the needs of NHS patients mixed in order of priority.

It would be really helpful if there could be some consistency here. Each time I go to collect my mum's prescription there is a problem. They are constantly blaming the surgery. I do not know who is at fault as they blame each other. They simply do not communicate with each other. So unfair on the customers. Luckily my 90 year old mum has me to sort it otherwise I dread to think what would happen.
