I go to asda in Southgate and Edmonton Green. Not only are the staff rude, unhelpful especially at Edmonton Green but the trolleys are disgusting! Whenever I go I end up with a bad back (I suffer from spondylosis in my spine) as I am trying to keep it going in the direction I want. I noticed the prices are going up too so, i hope Asda can get new trolleys with the profit you make not for myself but for other customers as I doubt very much I will be going back. Sorry Asda looks like you will be down £300.00 to £400.00 a month as I will take my custom else where! |

This is one of the worst Pharmacies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Despite my surgery sending my prescription for preparation - I’ve been told on this past three visits to wait for half and hour and return to collect the script. The customer service agents are poorly trained and have no understanding of treating medical issues with confidence, empathy and sensitivity. I will shortly be asking my doctor to change my nominated Pharmacy. Original Comment Report... I have been collecting my prescrption at ASDA Southgate for almost 1.5 years now. My past 4 experiences have been extremely bad. The customer service attendants there are not properly trained to handle customer issues. Instead of offering to solve any issues they acussed the customer of NOT SUBMITTING THE PRESCRIPTION AT ALL or NOT BEING ABLE TO REMEMBER EXACT DATE THE PRESCRIPTION WAS SUBMITTED. I did asked for a receipt or acknowledgement but was told there is no need. I have been told msny times to come back next Friday without 1st checking when the prescription was sibmitted. They ought to be polite and patient with the customer. I have worked for more than 20 years in vatious banks and a Managing Director of a Home Care company in London. That is not the right way to talk to a customer not in the public when every one around can hear the commotion. Please train your staff on customer service before you put them in the front line.
