I spelt my name to the staff four times including using phonetic spelling, yet they were unable to write it down! The pharmacist told me that I still had a week worth of medication left even though I had run out four days ago! The pharmacist asked me to fill out a repeat prescription form so I went home to check my medication and filled in the form. Surprisingly three I had medication left at home. I called them back and the call taker said I couldn't use their branch because my GP needs to be within 2-3 miles of radius.I asked them if they do electronic prescription, they said no. I called my GP surgery who disagreed with the false information I was given. Lloyds pharmacy HQ apologised stating they would raise a complaint and look into it. Regardless I went to one of the leading supermarket's who even called my surgery to sort it out. I pay for my meds.so can't see the big fuss! Sum up, Lloyd's staff was rude, and misleading. So much for the big name!
