I came yesterday as I had a very bad eye infection. The two people I spoke to had no idea of what I needed and just sent me home saying it was nothing serious, just the cold weather. I came home then and today it got worst and worst and I had to go to Moorfields Eye hospital. Next time, when someone comes in on a Sunday complaining about a painful infection, please take time to ask relevant questions and if you don't have the answers (which can happen and that's okay) please send this person to the hospital instead.
