The staff at GMC Pharmacy are always very helpful and knowledgable. Their attention to detail and professionalism is very reassuring collecting prescriptions has been made a lot easier especially when they contact you by email to let you you know your medication is ready. The service my wife, children & I receive at the Gravesend Medical Centre Pharmacy is always above & beyound! The Pharmacists always can be relied upon to give clear & precise informstion regarding your treatment & over the counter products. They have over the last few years been ever vigilant when it comes to our repeat prescriptions & have on numerous occasiobs picked up on medication clashes & advised both us & the doctors & what alternative would be best & thetefore dont suffer any adverse reactions! After nearlt losing my wife 4 times last year due to hospital incompetencys, they & all their staff have been very professional, polite & respectful of one's privacy & with the one to one reviews of ones long term medications makes you feel in control of your health issues. My one wish for them would be that in the foreseeable future that they were able to expand (there were talks about it) as they really could do with some extra space & then they would be able to offer so much more services. They are a credit to the Gravesend Medical Surgery surgery & to the NHS as a whole, We alwaya recommend the pharmacy & srvice they provide to all our family, lived ones & friends, long may they continue & a Big Thank You from me.
