This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Most of the time they do not have the full prescription, so you have to come back another time. During Covid, they treated customers like lepers. I wore masks, gloves etc and was still treated like trash. Last time I went there, walked up to yellow line. Customer 1 had moved 2m to the right leaving room for me to do this, then came back towards me and the officious staff member had a go at me and told me to move back to next yellow line. My partner is shielding so I had to collect her meds. Rude staff, unpleasant customer experience, I do not want to feel like rubbish when I am a paying customer. As someone who has had to use this place for more than 20 years because it is near to my partners GP, I am hugely disappointed. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THAT PLACE AGAIN!
