I have been prescribed antibiotics and have been calling whitley wood pharmacy for 2 day to enquire when they will be delivered. 3 times they have answered and put the phone down without talking. I am always having to chase after my prescriptions.

I've taken to requesting my meds a week earlier yet I still end up sitting around waiting while they try to find them. Looking at other reviews this complaint just gets a stock apology that means nothing as its been going on years. Complete shambles, disorganised. Needs a bloody good kick in the pants to wake up. Customer service clearly means nothing to them even if they've heard of it

I have been today to collect my medicine in Whitley wood pharmacy but one of staff members misbehaving me I feel so sad her name is PATRICIA O..she need to changed her discipline she old in age but no any discipline thank you..
