Although a friendly and helpful pharmacy the telephone service breaks down if it is not answered reasonably swiftly (6 rings and sometimes 3) and you then get on to a fax machine with no possibility of leaving a message. This does cause some frustration when you are about to go out and want to see if a prescription is in or whether a journey and all the associated hassle parking will be wasted. The age of shared lines with out an answering machine should by now be passed.
