Desperate...... I've been waiting for painkillers for six days. I have phone the pharmacy they say oh you will definitely get today still waiting. Why offer a service when you carnt do what it says on the tin????

Late, always have to chase up, someone else's meds, delivered to neighbour with meds visible in open bag, no response to email complaint, phone rings for ages. Sums it up really. Good at first. Plus point - staff friendly and helpful....once the phone answers.

I moved my scripts to Haydon Bridge Pharmacy recently when I was unable to leave home (non Covid related). Since then I have had to phone them three times asking where my meds are. One day I found someone else's meds put through my letter box, which is horrific. Although they eventually delivered some of my meds, I have now been waiting since the 3rd July for one set of meds and since 7th July for another set of meds. (It's now the 17th July). My reserve is running very low. Given my terrible experience I honestly cannot recommend anyone use this chemist to deliver their meds, they are totally untrustworthy and incompetent and delivering people the wrong meds is both dangerous and unforgivable. Once I manage to get the meds they refuse to deliver to me I will be moving to another chemist.
