My wife has come back from a recent visit to your establishment, where she was was made to feel extremely embarrassed in front of other customers, we have happily been using your shop for almost thirty years with no problem, we fully understand you have to point out to customers how to take certain painkillers but there should be a more respectful way of doing so, after all the is said and done these particular painkillers are not on prescription you either want to sell or you don't. When we come into your shop we inevitably buy other things, so if you are happy to lose our regular custom then don't change. But do remember we are not holiday makers, we speak to our friends.
