As a carer for my mother I have to visit the chemist quite a lot for various medications. At all times the staff there have been nothing but efficient, courteous,thoughtful and helpful . But mostly extremely knowledgable, which gives me confidence in asking their advice and on quite a lot of occasions saving a doctors appointment. I feel blessed to have such a great chemist next to docs in the village as I know do many others .

Compared to other pharmacies we have dealt with before moving to the area, the staff at Day Lewis in Stoke-sub-Hamdon are consistently a real pleasure to deal with. They are always pleasant and very sociable and they go out of their way to make sure that you fully understand the medications that they are dispensing and that you are sure of how to use them. This is a total contrast to our last ('footwear') pharmacy where the staff were often brusque to the point of being insulting, where medications were incorrectly dispensed on more than one occasion and where visiting - even to pick up prescriptions which had been promised to be ready - was a real chore. I would recommend this pharmacy without any reservations.
