Always large queues just to find out your medication is not ready. Boots need to employ more staff and an improved system to provide an acceptable level of service.

Called nhs 111 and they said would send a prescription and would be ready in 5 minutes so went down there to collect it to be told had to wait further 20 to 30 minutes to get medication she literally had in her hand. I knew this place had a bad reputation but it really has got worse

Queued for over an hour to collect a prescription sent from my GP only to be told it would be a further half hour to forty five minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer and asked the girl if I could collect in the morning and asked her if it would definitely be ready she saw the chemist who picked up what I needed but couldn’t have it then because paperwork hadn’t been done. Considering it’s the only chemist in Woodley I think it’s a pretty poor if not lousy service.
