Went to collect 5 items from prescription but only received 4 - when asked the front counter staff why they could not give an explanation so asked to speak to the female pharmacist- this appeared to to be too much trouble clearly not happy that a customer wanted to speak!!! I explained that I was an item short - I was told quite sharply “your prescription has run out go to your doctors” I explained that I ordered them every month online and it had allowed me to preorder them, and that I hadn’t had the same item from the previous prescription ( which was in date ) to be told that’s ran out as well go to your doctors - not very good customer service - appears that all the staff have been changed - think I’ll look for another pharmacy -if this is the service that I can expect
