I always find the staff at Boots pharmacy to be very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They go out of their way to problem solve where necessary. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is their policy of closing the pharmacy between 1 - 2 pm which can be irritating if a special journey has been made to collect a prescription without being aware of this - but this is no doubt for a managerial reason and not the fault of the staff.

I collect a repeat prescription for my son every month, it is always on time and the staff, despite being busy always have time for me and serve me as quickly as possible. there was once a problem where the GP had changed my sons medicine (without consulting me) to a different brand, the pharmacist phoned up and sorted out the problem on my behalf. Above and beyond the call in such a busy pharmacy. As a busy parent I often find the need to ask for advice about childhood stuff, there is always someone to help and the pharmacist is readily available if necessary.
