This pharmacy is the worst I've ever seen it in the many years of coming here And getting worse. My electronic prescription was sent last week Thursday, came to the store and it hadn't got there, came back Friday nothing. It's now Monday and they still don't have it, I called them this morning and spoke to the dispensing staff and they said they will chase up with surgery and call me back later around 10am. Now 12 I've popped in there thinking it's all sorted, nothing! My prescription is still not on there system and this isn't the first time. When I got there, there was another angry customer complaining as he hadn't got his medication either. The staff are just as bad, they argue in front of the customers and don't think to take it to one side. I really think they need to reorganise the pharmacy as I've been there when an angry customer slapped one of the pharmacy staff. Was reported to head office but obviously nothing was done. It's too small to accommodate all those people, there were like 6 people behind there today!!

Didn't have the medicine I needed for my prescription.
