Chaotic, unreliable, disorganised and I hate to say it but a couple of staff members are impolite. I've been using the pharmacy for many years and I have always made allowances for the shortcomings, (busy, short staffed etc) but I have come to the conclusion that it's not ever going to be a pleasant place to collect medicines and I am going to make alternative arrangements. People who need to regularly collect medicines shouldn't be worried about which members of staff are going to be working at the chemist on the day that they pick up their orescriptions as I have become over the past few months.
