Boots Sileby are atrocious for their organisation of prescriptions. I’ve never experienced such un-professionalism. Prescription’s never ready, then having to wait hours before they are. Can’t find prescriptions or saying already been collected when haven’t. Staff filling shelves while customers waiting to be served, absolutely disgusting. Something needs to be sorted urgently. Such a shame as never experienced with other Boots pharmacies. It certainly doesn’t even warrant 1 star

My Partner's Prescription is Never Ready To Collect Each Month It Is Due. Every Month I Call To Collect My Partner's Prescription, The Pharmacist Asks Questions They Should Already Know, And Keep Me Waiting For Nearly An Hour, Just To Tell Me To Give Them a Ring The Next Day, Which Happened Again Today. My Partner Is Consequently Left For Days Without The Important Medication She Needs And Often Has To Suffer Each Month This Branch Fails To Supply Her With it. I Strongly Advise Anyone Not To Have Repeat Prescriptions Through This Branch.
