Phoned up to see why delivery was late...Was told that all the order was not their.The item.that i was told was foodlink shakes.Not an item i needed to take like all main items that they had..i was told the driver has been out once,an will not go out againAsked then .lam goin to break my isolation bubble to come an get it..the items on prescripion were needed...So i said next time can you make a note.. if happens again,the shakes i can do without,but medication can not wait..,,Ive been on repeat for long time an is important you dont miss..so send it out when it was due..an food links can wait..she said didnt like my attitude..I asked to speak to her boss..she replied he was not their...An basically goodbye..Went to the shop an right away hostility from the staff ..i pointed a member out. an said was it you i was speaking to on the phone an none of them said yes..but they all tried being nasty because id said they made me come out of my isolation bubble an i was makin my feeling heard...but they said we work up to 10 hours aday. Which isaid good..at least you have a job.an be thankful ..an dont treat you patients like crap over the phone..Anyway the pharmasist that was on duty took over the conversation..he kindly put medication in car when i asked..The whole problem was easily resolved..if whoever dismissed the fact that..repeat presciptions mean their on goin..an certain items can be left if not essetial...I didnt get a phone call to be asked that either..so if didnt have transport an needed meds.id of had to wait not knowing f they gonna come an withdrawral does not matter to them...Was left feelin in bad karma..lucky i could get their before they closed
