I have tried calling several times to see if Tesco have my prescription ready. I have just had major surgery and am unable to walk or drive and need to ensure the prescription is in for collection before I arrange for someone to pick up on my behalf. Each time I call, the phone rings and gets picked up and hung up. This is driving me mad. If you are busy, do not pick up the phone. I am unable to contact you any other way!!’
