Friendly and very helpful the best in town

My husband and I attended this pharmacy for our Autumn Covid booster. We do not live in the area but I used to work in the community in this area many years ago and remembered where the pharmacy was when it was offered on the NHS website. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. A big thank you to all of them.

I have been using this pharmacy for many many years. I could not imagine going to any other chemist in town or in Medway. I have always received excellent service, especially with my medication and prescriptions. It is my belief that staff training is at the forefront of this establishment. Recent experience in this place has been nothing short of top-notch. I have in the last month or two received my flu jab and a covid booster. credit to all the staff and the management. I must credit one particular staff member for his having gone the extra mile in supporting me with a batch of covid-19 self-test (rapid antigen test). I don't know his name but I don't think he realises how big a favour he did for me. wishing all the staff a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
