Every time I go to collect a new/repeat prescription they never have it in stock. Baring in mind it’s for asthma. I once got told that they would deliver my salbutamol inhaler at 6:30-7pm on Friday evening. I never got this prescription. And had to collect it Saturday. But yesterday, I went to pick up an inhaler that got sent on the 3rd of August. Get told to wait 48hours for a really not 10 days. I went there, no one really attended to me as they continued to stack the shelves. And then about 5 minutes later got told they don’t have it in stock. It was order 10 days prior. I cannot even fathom the attitude I received when I confronted them that it got sent on the 3rd of August and it is for my asthma and I needed it. I then got told by my doctors that the pharmacy don’t keep it in stock and that they need to order it when I go and collect. That is ridiculous. I am collecting a prescription not ordering. The prescription is the order. No one has once told me this rule as if that was the case I’d have gone in a lot sooner. I never once had an apology!
