This pharmacy is great at selling you their products but horrendous if you have an issue or problem with a product they have sold you. I tried to return a product based upon my dissatisfaction of the product and the fact that it hadn’t done what it claimed to on the packaging and was faulty. I was told that they do not return items because they haven’t worked for you nor because you are unhappy with it or it’s quality. Therefore it is assumed that upon their advice you have to be 100% sure that a product is going to work for you and is not going to be faulty before you purchase it, and how can you know this as a customer? They refused to send it back to the manufacturer or contact the manufacturer for advice on faulty products instead saying that the product would just go in the bin. This demonstrated to me that the only concern of theirs was profit as they did not want to refund the money because they wouldn’t or couldn’t claim it back. I had a higher opinion of ASDA pharmacy when I purchased from them. I was under the impression that they wanted their customers to be satisfied with the products they sold and that they valued return customers. This is not the case and they did not offer me an alternative product or any money, voucher or exchange. They did nothing to help me resolve my issue and the manager kept me there for a long time and sent me away with my faulty product. It was an expensive mistake and I purchased from ASDA pharmacy minworth thinking I would have more customer protection and I had none. Original Comment Report...
