i went to gallowtree gate boots..to buy a T gel shampoo--and one of your black african bakground door men was so rude and harassing me..i was asking him which t gel best..and he was rude to me..and checked me harrassed me..chekced by bags..as if i was a thief to him..ive been going boots for last 20 years..am never going there again unless the boss sacks him..

very apalling by a staff african looking door men or security in 30-36 gallowtree branch..he was rude to me harassing me for no reason at all..i just went for T GEL SHAMPOO..i was there only 3 minutes..and he was so rude saying ive been looking at it for 3 houres..how sad that was..he then says..go and pay there and elave boots soon as posible..and i will check your bag..and you must bring your reciept of that shampoo..i was shocked the way he spoke to me..as if i was a thief.. he was checking my bags so rudely for no reason..so i would urge the manager to sack him..staff like him is a distress ...will give bad sad name to boots..i been using boots for the last 20 years..ive told my family members not to go there ever again..and mr jhon ashworth mp and keith vaz are my friends am gonna share this with them..

Appalling service. Yet again no answer from pharmacy or general enquiries after 40 mins. Are we paying to hang on like this? Disgusted that the only response after 15 mins is an automated transfer to general enquiries who still haven’t answered after another 25 mins. Desperately need to talk to pharmacy about s 90 year olds medicines - shameful and I’d rate them zero if it was possible. DONT BLAME LINES AGAIN- SORT IT!
