Yet again the prescription has not been delivered and the staff are making excuses firstly saying there was a problem with the medication due to a change of doctor which never happend and then a family member who also has theres deliverd at the same address rang to see why theres also was not deliverd was told this was due to being understaffed. The medications I take have signs of withdrawal within 24 hours and causes me more anxiety and worry over when I will get them . I cant leave the house so am yet again left in a distressed state. Surely there should be some type of back up plan for these type of situations as I feel if a service is provided then it should be there for you without any problems.
