They never answer the phone. I'm on warfarin and have to wait for up to a week without my meds. They pretend to deliver but I'm without my prescription for nearly a week. The answer phone says they are too busy to come to the phone but phoning several times a day will get no reply. I've had to borrow warfarin off my friend but he's now running out and is worried. Busy is an excuse for laziness as when I visit there's rarely any customers and they are just standing around. My prescription is meant to be delivered. Like many others I'm disabled and rely on the support from the chemist. I think I must leave this uncaring chemist and find a different and more reliable company. If it wasn't for my friend sharing his warfarin I'd be dead months ago ??

Online repeat prescription. I was asked by the pharmacy to join the programme as it would be 'easier and more efficient for me'. This sadly is not the case. On 4 occasions my medication has not been delivered as per the pharmacys timescale. As I suffer from type 2diabetes this is important. Each time I have rung up to report the issue they blame my GP. So much for easier and more efficient. I have to say that the delivery guys are first class. Today the woman I spoke to was rude and insulting I have written to both the branch and the head office. I will not (after 4 years) be using this pharmacy again and would advise any prospective customer to take their business elsewhere
