Just put a prescription into Putney Boots pharmacy. Told to take a seat. Absolutely nothing happened for over 20 minutes. Chased my order up and was told they had called my name out! No-one had called any name out and I told them so. Really love wasting my lunch hour waiting. Won't be returning to Boots. Got a half hearted apology but assistant gave the impression they couldn't care less.
