But...no repest prescription in my bag only an incomplete and incorrect one, not sure whose fault that is, might be Leatside but also tried to phone to find and no one bothered toanswer the phone and eventually it cut out. This was 2.15 on a Wednesday |

I am on life dependent medication which is collected every week on the same day and collected by my husband on more than one occasion he has been told they are not ready and to come back tomorrow on another occasion he was told that my son had picked them up and insisted on it my husband said no my son dropped the prescription off and made them look and there it was their reaction was unacceptable on such important medication Original Comment Report... |

I went into pick up a script for my mother in law at 1.40pm on the 10/4/2018 to find that I was unable at this time to pick it up as the pharmacist was on her breakand would be back at 2pm . All staff were very apologetic about this. I understand that people need a break while at work so this was not a problem.
I waited around untill 2pm and there was still no sign of the pharmacist again staff apologized to me about this. Finally at 2:05pm the pharmacist walked through the door so I got up and went to the counter waiting to receive the script which was a repeat and was on the shelf already made up but because the pharmacist wasn't ready to work still i eventually after about 10 minutes later I received the meds and with staff again apologizing about the wait.
This is not the first time this has happened (the pharmacist being back later from her break) and I have been left waiting till after her break is over to receive a script.
Overall the staff that was on at the times have been very apologetic about this but it seems to be a regular occurrence that this pharmacist is late back from her break as it has been the same pharmacist on every time I have been waiting.
