I called in Tims and Parker Pharmacy, College Street, Leigh this morning (10.00am). There was one lady in front of me so I stood behind her and waited my turn. She was attended to by a staff member who seemed very impatient. I asked if they had a pen I could borrow and they almost threw one at me. I said thank you. I signed my prescription and gave the pen back. The member of staff snatched it up off the counter. There were no signs of any kind on the counter saying which side to queue or wait so I stood where I was. The member of staff then completely ignored me and went to the other side of the till. They then came back and placed some upright advertising boards directly in front of me on the counter which I thought was a bit odd as they weren't there when I walked in. A man then came in and the member of staff went directly to him and asked if they could help. I was so angry I walked out and will not be going there again. I have never ever been subject to such rudeness before by a shop assistant.
