This pharmacy is a joke hardly any staff constant waiting times, staff totally ignore you, pharmacist or pharmacy staff totally ignore you and when you do get their attention your made to feel they are doing you a big favour.At nine AM when store opens person wearing white coat has a count down by the second before opening door. it's a great shame that this store is run in this dreadful way. Two years ago it was a pleasure to collect your prescriptions but now when you have to it's a dreadful experience

Today 18/4/2023 I went to the branch in Wetherby to make a pharmacy purchase, it was a joke one young lady serving on the counter. I noticed 3 people waiting (assuming it was medication) as I have worked in a pharmacy for nearly 20 years this would not happen on my watch.A gentleman came into the pharmacy and started to label some medication 3 boxes it took him a while to do so. A pharmacist came from round the back she never acknowledged me to say someone will be with you. I also noticed another person behind the scenes so that is a total of 4 people in 1 pharmacy. Also a member of staff was having a social meeting on the shop floor all the duration of my wait. The entire experience was very disgusting. I hate to think how they would cope in a busy environment. I would always acknowledge patients that someone would be with them them shortly to help. Customer service was NON existent .

Long queues, never pick up the phone or they pick up and hang up immediately, closes at lunch which is when I’m only able to go, unable to check in advance to see if my prescription is ready
