We've been with this pharmacy for the 9 years we've lived in Medway. They have treated us so well and have always tried to help with any issue we've had. It's a shame the original pharmacist has moved on, and new members of staff have arrived, but they're all very friendly and clearly happy to help. My main contact has a system in place to make sure me and my family have always had our medication when we've needed it. In recent times, I have had issues with my doctors, and this member of staff has gone out of their way to help resolve them. They have been there when I needed personal support too. They have gone above and beyond and deserves recognition for this. Thank you!
