About 2 hours ago got told off for being on my phone ? since when theres a policy saying a customer is not allowed to be on their phone. I was told to put my phone down. Seriously ???Rude staff, so unprofessional. My medication was not even handed to me but put on the front desk , the pharmacist did not even ask for my address or my name ? isnt that the policy ??? I'd rather walk to city center than go back there again. The eye look i was given from both pharmacist and front desk worker was Unbelievable ! Disgusting behaviour , Im making an official complaint
