Sorry, but have to agree with the review above. Absolutely awful service. Don't seem to ever have the drugs that are on prescription. I have limited energy levels, thanks to blood cancer. I asked if they could possibly order my drugs needed and deliver them to me. I am not far away from the chemist. Both the pharmacist and the woman behind the counter stood and glared at me. Like I had asked them to steal the crown jewels or something. They made me feel very uncomfortable. So I left. Got a lift down to Lloyds Chemist on the Hagley Road. What a difference. Both counter staff and pharmacist couldn't have done more for me. They told me to take a seat, and they sorted my needs out.

I walked round and needed a sit down, but the counter staff, glared at me when I asked if I could please sit down. While I waited for my presciption. So I stood where I was. Trying to get my breath. Hard wearing these masks, which I don't have to, but I prefer to as I am vulnerable at the moment. The pharmacist came back saying she hadn't got what I needed. So I asked if she could order it in and perhaps deliver it to me. As I only lived around the corner. They both stood and glared at me, like I had asked them to steal the crown jewels or something. They made me feel very uncomfortable. So I left. I had to stand outside in the pouring rain, while I tried to get my breath back. I thought pharmacists were suppose to be helpful? Or is that not true any more? Really didn't think there was any need to behave so rudely towards me.

Awful experience here , always like to support local businesses.... but my patience has ran thin with this place. Unhelpful miserable rude staff...... Never nothing in that you need and ordering repeat Prescriptions is a nightmare . Gave a request in on Wednesday told it would be ready Monday morning... not ready Monday!!!!!!!! told my GP had not done the request their end . Rang GP receptionist explained all the above to be told absolutely nothing from Murray’s chemist... sorry but back to Boots a quality Pharmacist that actually know how to dispense medications .
