Very friendly and helpful staff. Caring, kind and informative team.

My family and I have been using Mattock Lane Pharmacy since 2001 and we continue to use it as there is no pharmacy to provide a better service. The staff are really caring and very helpful. They are very efficient in the advice they provide and patient to answer all questions. Entering the pharmacy is so lovely - you get greeted immediately and offered help. It is always with smiles and a lot of warmth - we get even asked 'How are you?' We haven't seen your parents for sometime. Are they well?' One member of staff is absolutely outstanding - lovely, helpful, empathetic and really radiates a lot of enthusiasm and optimism. the pharmacy was renovated a few years ago but that was done so smoothly and the service still continued to be of a very high standard. The new look adds a homely feel to it - warm and super clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, though we believe it is the staff that make us feel at home more than anything. We find all staff really carrying, they listen and understand. they dress smartly and are extremely polite. It is also great the pharmacy provides so many other services (flu jabs, other health checks, online or phone ordering, long hours, weekend service, etc.) We changed home years ago but we still use this pharmacy as it is 'SIMPLY THE BEST' I take this opportunity to thank them on behalf of my family from the bottom of our hearts.
