Went to the shop for a prescription was told they only had half of what was needed could I come back tomorrow morning and pick the rest up. Go back as asked still not in and could I return again. Do they think it’s funny to keep going back and forward to this shop. Most people do have things to do. It’s not the first this has happened either. What a badly run practice this place really is

Have used this several times now for repeat prescriptions. Service varies from 'we have everything in stock, come back in 20 minutes' (which actually means an hour) to 'come back tomorrow'. We rarely get the same brand of product (which we're not bothered about too much) and several times what we have received ed has been incomplete. Staff are okay, but there probably aren't enough of them. Pharmacist appears to prioritise answering the phone over dispensing / checking prescriptions.
