Not only do they mess up my prescription, they do not deliver when they say they will, I ordered my prescription on Friday, was told that it would be ready for Monday, however it never arrived. Contacted them again Tuesday morning, no appology what so ever just a murmur of "oh we did not have an item", this i believe to be BS, they then murmured again, "do you want to be delivered today"?, Well of course i want it delivered today, i also want an appology and full explanation as to why, no one contacted me to let me know what was happening with my prescription. Also why could they not deliver the items they had, and asked the driver to appologise on the their behalf and deliver the remaining item the following day.? Oh wait, that's called customer service and requires one to think, Two things this staff don't have and can't do. Original Comment Report...

Dear Siege, firstly may I apologise on behalf of the branch team for your experience on this occasion. We have reviewed the incident and looked into what has lead to this incident. As you mentioned you had placed your prescription order on the Friday and were expecting a delivery on the Monday, but unfortunately were had not received your prescription from the surgery until the Monday afternoon by which point we may have struggled to get your prescription to you that afternoon. We also noticed that an item was missing from the prescription and wanted to ensure that your prescription was fully completed before delivering it out to you and so we had to chase up the missing item to avoid any shortfalls on what you had ordered with us. I can appreciate that we should have informed you at the earliest opportunity to explain the further delay in getting your prescription to you at which point we could have arranged to deliver what we had to you and then re-deliver the remaining items. We have discussed the incident as a team and hope that we can avoid a repeat of this event by updating our patients of any potential delays to their expected delivery. I hope we still can continue dispense your prescription and deliver on time with no unforeseen delays. many thanks. |
