Twice now they have not given me my medication when the prescription was there all the time. Wasted journeys. Will now get my prescription myself.from the GP surgery and take it to a pharmacy who know what they're doing.

I have been going to Parmay Pharmacy for probably 20 years. Recently, however, I have received what I would regard as a condescending and patronising manner when serving. In all the time I have been using Parmay pharmacy I have had excellent service and the skilled staff and pharmacists understand that they are dealing with people who are in health, may be suffering physically or mentally and they have a very sympathetic and helpful air to them. However, I do not understand why recent younger staff feel that they can speak with a tone of disrespect to people who they regard as stupid. This is my recent experience. I have never complained before but when it comes to attending a pharmacy I expect a level of respect which is NOT defined by what THEIR personal understanding of who deserves it. Old companies have loyal customers and this is how you lose them. All it needs is a bit of training in politeness. To everyone else who works there: thank you for your skills, intergrity, professionalism and patience.
