I've been using Nashi for about six years and have always found the staff courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacy is well-stocked and attractively laid out, and provides vaccination services which I have used. I'm prompted now to write this review following sound advice on treatment of a condition affecting my wife, who had been self-medicating with paracetamol. After hearing the symptoms, the pharmacist said that he considered further treatment should be decided by our GP. This was spot-on, the condition only being resolved after several GP visits, scans and other hospital procedures, and courses of antibiotics.

I came to the pharmacy (25/10/17) to ask about a specific vitamin and whether it would be suitable for use during pregnancy. Frankly I was shocked at the lack of knowledge of the pharmacist, especially as I knew this was the head pharmacist. Not only did they stutter and turn to ask the dispenser staff, then proceeded to 'google' my question. I can understand the need to google the odd question but this is not the first time this has happened. I think it speaks volumes about the profession and the recent government cuts when you come to a pharmacy for expert advice and they resort to googling right in front of you. Appalling! I must say however, the regular staff in this pharmacy are absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Not a fault against them! It's obvious who keeps this pharmacy running!!

Highly recommended. Efficient, friendly and professional. When I go to this pharmacy they are always polite, smiley and specially, very helpful and efficient. Last time I went there, I collected some medications. But I also was interested in getting a new specific foundation which they didn't have (obviously pharmacies don't need to have lots of makeup products). They told me they could have it for me that week and they also kindly told other places I could get it , the websites I could check to learn more about the product and videos and tutorials and additional information. This demonstrates that they go to the extra mile to satisfy the customer/help us and it also demonstrates ethics and values. I always go to this pharmacy directly because I feel it is a much better option to reward these people than the big chains and franchises that we all know, which don't always offer this specific service and care..
